The first step towards a beautiful, healthy smile is to schedule an appointment. Please contact our office by phone or complete an online appointment request.
For your convenience, we accept cash, personal checks, money orders, and most major credit cards. Payment is expected at the time services are performed. Feel free to contact our office If your treatment plan requires more comprehensive dental work and you want to discuss financial arrangements.
We consider our relationship with you to be of primary importance and will always make our recommendations to you based on what we believe is the very best treatment for you, regardless of your insurance coverage. As the patient, it is your responsibility to deal with your insurance company and your employer. We will assist in any way possible to maximize your dental insurance benefits; but to reemphasize, we have no relationship or responsibility to your insurance company.
Your insurance company should supply you with a booklet or packet of dental benefits. These benefits include estimated percentages paid by the insurance company and the maximum allowance of benefits per year. It is the insured person's responsibility to let our office know of his/her benefits and to keep track of the remaining benefits after each treatment. Your insurance company can also help you with this benefit information.
As a courtesy and at no charge, we bill your primary and secondary (if applicable) insurance. If we don't receive an insurance check within 30 days of your visit, we will have to bill you for the insurance company's share, since the remaining balance is still your responsibility. Remember, insurance is a contract between you and the insurance company.
Each plan utilized in our office has different percentages, deductibles, maximums, procedures covered, and varying fees that the plan will allow. We will do our very best to make as close a calculation as possible of what your insurance plan will cover. However, as we cannot estimate precisely, there may be variances for which you are individually responsible.
Please remember that even with insurance coverage, you are ultimately responsible for your bill. Although we will do our best to help, occasional problems that may arise with insurance payments are disputes between you and your insurance company.
You deserve the finest dental care without compromise. Thank you for your cooperation.
